Color Dial is a browser-based color palette generator designed for beginners and creatives. It features a large, pressable dial that generates a new, harmonious five-color palette with every click. The tool emphasizes ease of use, tactile interaction, and mobile/desktop accessibility.

This tool was built for the itch.io Tool Jam 5.

Usage

Since Color Dial is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, it requires no installation, just run it in your web browser.

How to Use

1. Generate a Palette: Click or press the dial to generate a new color palette
2. View Colors: Each color swatch displays its HEX code for reference
3. Export Palette: Click the "Export as PNG" button to save the current palette as an image
4. View History: See your last 3 palettes in the history panel and click any to restore it
5. Toggle Sound: Use the sound toggle button in the bottom right to enable/disable sound effects
